Why be red-faced and angry when you could be calm and relaxed through Hypnotherapy

You might have seen the movie anger management, and you might have liked it. Who didn’t laugh at Adam Sandler being rattled by the incorrigible Jack Nicholson, as he tried to successfully master a course in anger management? It’s all right if one has to see examples of violent anger and its hilarious consequences in a comedy film, but when one is faced with the reality of irrepressible anger in real life, the consequences might not always induce laughter. In fact anger, and too much of it is a habit, and we can easily fall into a vicious trap if we don’t keep it in check. Often we find ourselves getting enraged at the smallest things: late for work, if someone forgot to do something, our  partner is late in coming home from work, if the kids run around the house on a holiday. Someone for whom his or her anger has become as natural as breathing, there is bad news; this anger can be causing you more damage than just the physical manifestations.

Your heart beats faster when you are angry, your pulses race, your temple starts throbbing even before your voice rises automatically and your eyes grow wide. Sometimes you might not even be aware that you are shouting it’s others who bear the brunt of it. A lot has been said about anger being bad for your heart and your nervous system. you run the risk of having a cardiac arrest if you are angry more often than normal? Anger can lead to hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure? If you have been spending loads on anti ageing cream, do yourself a favour and get a control on your anger. Yes, anger also leads to premature ageing of the skin.

You might also be aware that your anger adversely affects your relationships with those close to you. Your spouse, your children, your parents and your siblings all are affected by your behaviour (good or bad). You might end up alienating them from yourself, with your anger.

So to take care of your anger problems, Hypnotherapy can help you to put a lid on the flaring temper, help you with converting this raw and negative energy into something which is positive and non-destructive. It can help you be calm and collected in stead of the raging bull. Wouldn’t it be great to experience what it feels like to just go through the same things that would have the capacity to fire up that anger but just not be affected by it.
